Our head chef Conor O’Connor has a special connection to The Half Door, having grown up here under the tenure of his parents, the previous proprietors. Right here, in The Half Door restaurant, is where Conor’s adoration of all things culinary first began. Immersed in the industry for as long as he can remember, Conor spent his formative years observing his parents’ oeuvre. Conor later completed a degree in Culinary Arts, going on to develop his vocation, working in various culinary settings throughout Ireland and further afield.
